Our Services
HumEX provides a range of services that help businesses improve the user experience of their products and services, including user research, usability testing, user interface design, and user-centered design consulting. Additionally, HumEX group also provides training and education on user-centered design practices, and assists with the development of user experience strategy and design guidelines. Our main goal is to make sure the user's needs, wants and limitations are taken into account in the design and development of digital products.
User Research
We use techniques such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to understand the needs, goals, and behaviors of the target audience in order to create designs that are easy to use, efficient, and effective.
Analyzing data from electronic health records (EHRs) and other sources enables us to understand patterns of usage and identify areas for improvement.
In our solution, we consider the ethical and privacy implications of conducting user research in healthcare, and to obtain informed consent from participants. We work with institutional review boards (IRBs) and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
